Library services for semester two

By Curtin Library 29 July 2020 News & events Comments Off on Library services for semester two

With some COVID-19 restrictions easing, we’ve changed some of our services in preparation for semester two.

Borrowing

You can now request and recall books. Any items you have may be recalled and you will be required to return them. We will let you know via email or OCC if you need to return items.

Remember, fines and fees may be charged for late returns. For any COVID related borrowing issues contact us.

TL Robertson Library and WA School of Mines Library opening hours

TL Robertson Library will be open 24/7 from Monday 3 August 8am, with swipe access for staff and students only.

From Monday 3 August, the WA School of Mines Library is open every day from 6am to 2am, with swipe card access for staff and students only.

Visitors to the Library need to comply with social distancing and hygiene rules. Occupancy limits also apply to Library buildings.

Makerspace

The Makerspace will reopen from Monday – Friday, 12pm to 5pm by appointment.

Appointments may be taken at the door, however, to avoid disappointment, you can schedule ahead at makerspace@curtin.edu.au.

We also have a great schedule of online and face-to-face workshops for you as well as our online community.

Group study rooms

Group study rooms are available for bookings from Monday 3 August for small groups. Occupancy limits apply to group study rooms.
