Chrome displays a white screen instead of EchoCenter

If when you click on the EchoCenter, you get an empty white screen then the issue is most likely caused by a recent update to Chrome:

This is most likely an issue that came up in Chrome since their recent update that came out on the 1st of October and relates to XSS (Cross Server Scripting)

When you try to access the EchoCenter in chrome you should see a shield icon when trying to access the echocenter, If you are using Chrome this should be at the right of your address bar (see screenshots)

Please click on the shield icon

And click the “Load unsafe script” button:

This should resolve the issue.
