Suggestion: Air-Conditioning Temperature

By Amber Wilson 10 August 2018 News & events 2 Comments »

From the suggestion box@Curtin Library…

It’s way too hot on level 2 in the library. It’s probably around 25-30 degrees when outside is 10. It doesn’t need to be this hot. We dress for winter.

The Library responds…

Thanks for your feedback.  We appreciate that the air-conditioning doesn’t always keep up with the weather so we’ll keep an eye on it.

Remove a layer, not that difficult :)

That’s a silly comment J. Not only is it bad for the environment to have the heating too high (or too low) but it’s also unnecessary when people are already dressing for the cold weather outside.

      :)
