Feedback: Curtin Library

From the suggestion box@Curtin Library…

Saw the feedback url on a wall.

I believe the university library is doing a great job at providing study spaces for students. I frequently study on campus, often using the quieter study desks on the 6th floor where I can easily grab a sci-fi (or other related genre text) from the shelf whilst working on my project.

I also enjoy the more sociable study space on the second floor where I can use my laptop and also eat at the same time.

Thanks for providing such great spaces and resources 24/7!

The Library responds…

Thank you so much for the feedback. Library Staff work hard to provide a range of different spaces to suit different needs of our students and it’s great to hear that these are appreciated. Good luck with your study!

I love to study at the library. I just have a feedback that is in toilets, we do not have the tissues after washing the hands. The dryer machine takes long time to dry our hands and because of which most of the people which I have seen avoid washing hands. This can be unhygienic as well. In Curtin college we do have the tissues.

Thanks for your feedback. As part of the Library refurbishment we will be installing new hand dryers that will be a lot better than what we have now. Paper towels have proved problematic in the past due to toilets becoming blocked.
