The Hazel Hawke Scholarship is available for mature age female applicants commencing undergraduate study at Curtin University in first semester 2013. The scholarship provides a cash payment of $2000 per year based on a full time study load of 100 credit points per semester for the duration of the degree.

The scholarship helps women whose finances would not normally allow them to study and is awarded on the basis of financial need, academic potential and commitment to community and social issues.

Applications close on 28 March 2013. Find out more information on the Hazel Hawke Scholarship or make an application.

You’d think the honourable former PM’s wife would endorse a scholarship with much greater financial backing!

      Justin,

The scholarship is named in honour of Hazel Hawke but not funded by her or her family. Past recipients of the scholarship have appreciated the funding provided.

      Associate Director Corporate Services
