Calling anyone and everyone who is interested in taking a Senior First Aid Course!
Curtin Volunteers! is running a Senior First Aid training course during tuition free week and we would like to invite you and your friends to participate at a super discounted price. This is a fully certified course and you will be granted an Apply First Aid HLTFA301B (Senior First Aid) certificate that is valid for 3 years upon successful completion.
The course consists of an online workbook which takes approximately 3 hours to complete, and a full day practical session to be held on campus on Tuesday the 13th of September 2011 (tuition free week). The total cost is $99 per person, which is below half the price you would pay normally and an incredible deal.
To sign up:
- Fill out this online form.
- Pay a $20 deposit by the 20th of August. To do so, you can visit the CV! office at 303:265 during business hours and give a $20 cash deposit in an envelope with your name written on it. It can be given to Adam, Gina, Phil or Faisel at the CV! Office (one of us is almost always there).
- Before the 13th of September you must complete an online workbook (which is what allows the classroom part to be only 1-day, and therefore the course to be so cheap). To access the online workbooks go to http://www.reviveemt.com.au/ and click on ‘online workbooks’. You’ll need to create a new log in the first time.
All participants will be contacted to confirm the location of practical session.
