Steuart, Rob3Dr Rob Steuart, CHIRI’s Facility has been invited to be part of a delegation of researchers from the soon to be formed Australian Metabolomic Phenotyping Centre at Murdoch University.  They will travel to Imperial College in London next week to visit the National Phenome Centre.

The National Phenome Centre is the world leader in large scale phenotyping studies and is supported by the Medical Research Council and National Institute for Health Research. The National Phenome Centre is one of the founders of the International Phenome Centre Network, which the Australian Metabolomic Phenotyping Centre will be a member of. 

Upon returning from the UK, Rob has been invited to speak at and chair the 2017 Research Facility Design and Construction Conference in Sydney Australia.  This is the second time that Rob has been asked to speak at and chair this annual conference, which brings together research facility managers, university properties staff, architects, laboratory designers and consultants to talk about issues and solutions in research facility management and design.
